The Raw Salami
Our Canavesian salami,
the Pink of the House, the Crespone and the Canavesian Filzetta
are prepared with the "recipes of the house" exclusively with
lean, selected pork and with bacon from which we carefully
take the grease off. The meat is ground coarsely and made
into sausages using natural bowels. The salami drying and
seasoning is done with high technology and advanced machines.
