Our
history has got simple and genuine origins, two fondamental
qualities defended all along the years and principal ingredients
in the preparation of all our products. Salumificio Nadia was
born in 1971 thanks to the two first partners' experience in
slaughtering. Their activity has developed in the splendid area
of Canavese with the precise purpose to offer products linked
in with the traditions of Canavese, made exclusively out of
porks roared in garanteed and controlled Piedmontese farms.

Unfortunately in the hard Seventies the italian market begins
to tend towards the organized distribution, promoting low quality
products at low prices, yet all along these years, Salumificio
Nadia, bringing on a scrupulous handicraft work, has been able
to defend its genuine products and to meet the growing esteem
and confidence of gourmets. Today, thanks to continuous enlargement
and renewal, our firm combines the traditional recipes with
the most modern slaughtering system, according to EEC norms.
