For
us Slow Food is a great continuous spur to improve....
By now, you probably have known the great initiative of Carlo
Petrini's organization. Carlo Petrini is the president of
ArciGola Slow Food, and through this organization he wants
people to be acquainted with the gastronomic products menaced
by the industrial homologation and by the new rules of the
mass market. It has become more and more necessary to save
this patrimony of taste and flavour, and we of Salumificio
Nadia have meant to show what we produce in an artisan way,
that is what we have been proposing to our clients since the
begining.
The editions of the Salone del Gusto - fair of the Taste
- (Turin, October 1998 and October 2000) were an exaulting
experience that gratified us and let us make our products
known to the visitors. All this, and it was inevitable, has
been pushing us more and more toward the only direction that
in the long term gives results: genuineness, taste and tradition.
Those who are already acquainted with us know that we have
never renounced these principles.
